A heavier sample of tracking trails taken before 11.11, Chinese New Year, or Hari Raya, so the desk knows which statuses collapse first when volume rises.
Peak weeks in Selangor do not only add parcels. They add bags that skip inbound, notices that queue, and fail codes that riders tap because the queue behind them is already shouting.
This check is a dated reading, not a promise that the peak will be calm. It is useful when the desk still has days left to change a briefing note or to staff the exception cage earlier.

The full Package Vertex Base trio, scheduled so the note lands at least ten days before the peak week you name.
How the work runs
- Name the peak (11.11, CNY, Hari Raya, or another dated surge) and the hub.
- We pull a busy historic week and trace a larger sample.
- If the calendar allows, we watch one live shift that already feels heavy.
- We brief the desk and leave the note.
Place and delivery
Your hub plus the Puchong desk. Book early; November and the fortnight before CNY fill first.
What to prepare
Last year’s peak week extract if you have it, this year’s roster, and a decision-maker at the briefing who can freeze a floor habit.
Constraints
A check booked inside the peak week can only describe what is already breaking. We will say so and may decline if there is nothing useful left to change.
Fees
From RM 6,500 when booked at least three weeks before the peak. Inside that window we quote only if a useful historic sample exists.
