Starting figures, then a quote that names the hub and the week

Package delivery tracking work does not have a single shelf price. The figures below are where a Klang Valley engagement usually begins. Travel, a second hub, night sort, or a peak-week sample change the quote, and we write those lines down before we visit.

Tracking App Performance Review

From RM 8,400

One hub, one tracking app, a two-week sample, kickoff, tracing, written report, and a closing workshop. This is the flagship reading of package delivery and tracking app analytics. A second hub or a night-sort watch is an add-on, not a discount band.

Failed-attempt pattern study

From RM 4,200

One week of fail codes at one hub, with a study note and a one-hour desk briefing. Street-level clustering needs a locality field on the extract; without it the fee is lower and the streets stay unnamed.

Recipient notice timing review

From RM 3,600

One notice channel and one week of matched clocks. A second channel is a sibling piece of work. If the vendor can only supply a daily total, we will not quote a timing table.

Hub scan walkthrough

From RM 2,800

Half-day on the sort floor plus a short floor note within three working days. Night sort is quoted separately because of hours and transport from Puchong.

Peak-season tracking check

From RM 6,500

Booked at least three weeks before 11.11, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, or another dated surge. Inside that window we quote only if a useful historic sample already exists.

What moves a quote

How we bill

A written quote precedes any visit. We ask for a 40% booking deposit to hold the dates. The balance is due when the final note or report is delivered. Fees are for professional time and writing; they are not a subscription and they do not include SMS, WhatsApp, or map licences.

These pages do not take payment. To hold a date, write to the Puchong desk with the hub location and the week you want read. We reply with the figure and the deposit instruction together.
