Privacy notice
This notice explains what we collect when you write to Package Vertex Base, how long we keep it, and the rights you can exercise. It should be read with our cookies notice.
Data controller
Package Vertex Base is the controller for enquiry and engagement records. The desk is at 12 Miles, Jalan Puchong,Puchong,Selangor,47100,Malaysia. Contact info@packagevertexbase.digital or +60380613243. We follow the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia for personal data processed in this country.
What we collect
From the contact form and from email we collect your name, email address, hub location, preferred visit week, the reading you selected, and the message you wrote. If we engage, we also hold the organisation name, billing details, the de-identified consignment extract you send, and notes from hub visits. We ask you to strip recipient names and phone numbers before an extract reaches us. If an extract still contains them, we will ask you to resend a cleaned file and we will delete the first file.
We do not ask for identity card numbers, medical information, or payment card details on this website. This site does not take payment.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to reply, to quote, and to schedule a hub visit. We use engagement data to perform the reading you commissioned, to invoice, and to keep a record of what was delivered if a refund or postponement question arises. We use a brand-prefixed cookie choice in localStorage only to remember Accept or Reject on this browser.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for twelve months and then deleted. Quotes that do not proceed are kept for twelve months. Delivered reports, invoices, and the extracts needed to support them are kept for three years after delivery, which matches our confidentiality period in the terms, then deleted or anonymised. Cookie choices live in your browser until you clear storage.
Who we share with
We do not sell personal data. We may share what is necessary with an accountant or a professional email host acting on our instructions, and with Malaysian authorities if required by law. Hub photographs, if taken, stay in the engagement file and are not posted on this site without written consent.
International transfers
Our desk and usual files sit in Malaysia. If an email host or backup holds a copy outside Malaysia, we will choose a provider that offers a written contract and appropriate safeguards, and we will say so on request. We do not send consignment extracts to public generative services.
Your rights
Subject to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may ask to access, correct, or limit the processing of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where consent was the basis we used (for example, an optional mailing you asked for — we do not run a marketing list by default). You may complain to the Commissioner of the Personal Data Protection Department in Malaysia. To exercise a right, write to info@packagevertexbase.digital with enough detail for us to find your file. We will respond within twenty-one days where the Act requires it, or sooner when we can.
Children
Our work is with courier and dispatch organisations. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that affects how we handle existing files, we will date the change on this page. The cookies table and vendor list live on the cookies page.
